This is a continuation of Microsoft's problem. They have too many people working on individual aspects of Windows, and not enough communication between layers. There's cut-throat competition between teams, little collaboration, and the propagation of updates throughout the code repository takes place at a snail's pace. I, for one, will be flabbergasted if Windows 7 is any better than Vista. Looks like 2009 may be the year for Ubuntu and the Mac to dominate. Um, no…. This is a continuation of Microsoft’s problem.
